Oracle buys GRC firm LogicalApps

Interesting to me of course. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts on this. I'm just starting to read about it. I've run into LogicalApps at one event, but haven't seen much of them otherwise.

Oracle today revealed plans to acquire LogicalApps, an Irvine, Calif.-based maker of automated governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software that gives users greater control over business processes.
