Vinnie: Oracle Fusion Apps Delays

Vinnie is saying he heard that Oracle may acknowledge that Fusion Apps will be delayed. In other news, I plan on acknowledging that the Earth rotates around the Sun.

I hear at Oracle OpenWorld next month it will be acknowledged that Fusion apps will be delayed through 2009 at the earliest. Not surprised - it was always a moonshot.

It seems like just yesterday (actually Jan 2006) when I was still wet behind the ears at SAP, that Jeff took us to the "Halfway to Fusion" event in the SF city hall. Of course, I really hate when my own predictions are wrong.
